EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The extra virgin olive oil of Alce Nero is produced exclusively with organic olives of Italian varieties, mostly Coratina, Ogliarola and Carolea which give a green oil with yellow hues and balanced taste.
The olives used are grown by our 160 olive growers in the most ideal areas of Italy characterized by mild winters and hot summers following the organic regulation.
